Operation takes approximately 10 seconds to complete.   Our custom designed circuit board will send an output to the robot for a cycle complete signal.  No more complicated programming and i/o mapping!!  Use your valuable robot digital inputs and outputs for tooling or safety equipment and no longer have to utilize multiple i/o for the torch cleaning operation!

Programmable Micro Processor Conotrol

The heart of the system - a programmable micro processor.  This board controls the timing of the valves for all pneumatic equipment and is fully user adjustable!  No more need to hog up valuable robot inputs and outputs to control the torch cleaner!  The actual robot positioning program becomes very simple - put the torch in, fire an output, and wait for the "cleaning complete" signal from the One Shot - that's it!

Adjustable Venturi Spray

User adjustable atomizing nozzles to get the perfect mixture of air to spatter spray.  A Venturi pump is used for vacuum  - simple and effective.  All externally accessible.

V-Block torch clamping

The use of a v-block and pneumatic cylinder accurately and securely locks the torch in place for reaming - in the same same place every time!
