ABB IRB6000 / 6400 Balancer Bushing Kits
      

Removing balancers from large material handling robots can be extremely dangerous and time consuming.  Balancer wear is a problem with aging robots and we have a simple solution for your ABB IRB series.  Our system uses light weight, very strong components, does not require lubrication, and is easily changed when worn out.
If your balancers are sloppy, knocking and making noises on high speed moves - it is time for a replacement kit.

 

Includes inner bushing, outer clamp, tempate, and mounting screws.
Kit is for both L and R balancers.

Split-mounting design allows easy installation without EXTREMELY dangerous removal of balancer.

Simply drill and tap (4) holes with the provided template, and install.

Inner bushings are easily replaced once worn - never remove the balancer again!
