Panasonic VR-006GLII
The
VR-006GLII is a member of our VR-GII series of 6-axis versatile
industrial robots. The VR-GII series feature high-performance
manipulators that can be used for a host of automated applications
including: CO2 /MAG/pulse MIG/TIG welding, Air plasma
cutting, Material handling/machine tending
Driving the speed and performance is the advanced 64-bit RISC
processors in our robots. Along with a compact design, wide working
envelope, brakes that come standard on all six axes, patented offset
wrist design, and a control pendant with 7" screen and color
user-interface powered by Microsoft Windows® CE.

6-axis articulated robot manipulator with 1745mm electrode reach to
the center line of the sixth axis and ±0.15mm/0.006" or less
repeatability. Extended reach is 20% greater than our standard 6kg
unit.

interfaced with high-performance Panasonic artificially intelligent
inverter power supply for welding applications
- Exclusive Windows® CE-based teach
pendant that provides a user-friendly interface which enhances
productivity and provides complete offline operator training
capabilities

standard functions such as error recovery, hot edit, weld selection
shift, resume function, weld monitor network capabilities and flying
arc start/end

seam tracking, auxiliary axis control, servo wire feed, torches and
