 Industrial Robotix has a large lot of ABB IRB6000's that were purchased from a GM automotive spot-welding line.
These robots are stored at our facility where they are completely rebuilt per customer specifications as they are sold.
A customer had an application for injection mold handling for two robots.

We removed all spot-welding equipment, remote I/O references, and specific hardware for spot-welding.  The robots were then cleaned thoroughly, painted, tested, control cabinets rewired and external I/O removed, and drives cleaned. 

We offer a 90 day warranty on our rebuilds.
