Refractory Brick Palletizing


Two robotic palletizing and de-palletizing cells utilizing Fanuc S-430iW RJ-3 robots, custom vacuum end of arm tooling, pallet dispenser, Hytrol EZlogic conveyors, Jack chain conveyors, custom PLC controls.		 Box Palletizing


Fanuc S420iF with RJ-2 control. Dual line with box inflow conveyors, pallet inflow and outflow conveyors, custom end of arm tool for gripping pallets and placing boxes. PLC and HMI controls for cell operation. 		Bag Palletizing

Tube Handling


Manufacturer of tube products ABB IRB6000 S3 M93 120kg material handling robot. Robot picks tubes from two different weld lines and hangs onto an overhead conveyor for paint application. Some posts weigh over 80lbs. This job proved to be a large liability saver considering the ergonomic issues having employees hand-hang posts every 10 seconds.		 IR2000 Weld Cell
